Does the Coffee Taste Better When Barista LBN?

This morning I was searching a location where they make the coffe taste better. I found one.


As you know, I encourage everyone to work at looking better nude, but when your job requires it it's even more important. God bless the hot barista.


Todays coffee was going to taste better because the girls serving it sported pasties and a little string they referred to as panties. They were very enthusiastic and displayed a great deal of skin for the well being of the customer and the improvement of the coffee.


I was even fortunate enough to land at this coffee hut on "Freaky Friday" (now that's another story).


Now these girls were young, with smooth skin, and decent enough curves, but it was obvious they have no clue on making themselves actually look better nude - now or into the future.


Like most women (hell, with 67% overweight apparently most people) they appeared to spend little time resistance training. The curves were there today, but with that much skin showing it was obvious they were soft.

They need to get a clue sooner rather than later.

Resistance training does so much for the human body. We all like health and enjoy function, but the point of this blog is that most of us would also like to simply look better in our skin as well.

I know that I would like you to look better in your skin.

These young hot barista's most likely do not realize the issues many women have with bone density over time and the dramatic positive effects resistance training while young will provide them when older. They also most likely don't realize the effect on metabolism that comes with consistent training.

Not too many years out... they'll realize it as their body begins to change shape (so sad).


It does not take a lot to increase the bones density, nor better shape the shoulders and calves, or lift a droopy ass off the back of a leg. But, it does take a plan and consistency.

Being the fitness professional I am, I considered all these things as I waited for my coffee.

I wanted to save them from the fate that just a few years down the road if they don't take some action to hold it all in place.

But as I studied the small tramp stamp and wondered just where that little string (panties) went as it hid itself between two cute little butt cheeks....

I decided to simply tip twice as much as the coffee cost and come back here to tell you about it instead.


The coffee wasn't bad. So, I'll claim it as fact:
