I'm sure it's not true for everyone, but for us, we believe a round athletic butt is essential for looking better nude. It only adds to the sexy lines and curves of the body.
A strong round butt also essential for functional power and strength in running, jumping, and squatting.
So how do we and you go about creating some nice backside curves??? While we can't spot reduce away the fat, we can spot build the muscle.
First suggestion is single leg squats. This is the one where you non supporting leg will hover out in front of you. You may stay next to a wall or bar for balance. To maintain balance and to keep your working leg knee from going beyond the working leg toes you'll find you will be dropping your but back further than you might on a standard squat. This will assist in bringing in more back side muscle which is your target...
Yes, you have to perform sets on both sides, a single butt lump probably wouldn't be so sexy. Be sure to remind yourself how to do Resistance Training the RIGHT Way.
Second suggestion is the dead lift. We often do these single leg as well, as the balance challenge provides us several additional benefits but you may also do them with both feet planted. Keep your knees slightly soft (small bend), especially at the top of your pull. Your back and head will remain neutral while you pull upwards using your hamstrings and bring hips forward at the top will again provide greater recruitment of the gluteus muscles.
Ensure these two simple movements are in your exercise routine 2-3 times each week. If we are attempting to grow the muscles of your butt perform between 8-12 repetitions each set with 60-90 seconds between each exercise set.
Sculpt your body as best you can and use these two exercises to provide you a round sexy butt. Your backside kinetic chain will appreciate it.
