Anyone Can Play Fitness Model

After a decent workout (and a small post workout snack) seems to be when I begin my 10 minutes of creativity for the day. This morning was no different.


Do YOU want to play model?

Today's idea is to simply give you a daily or weekly routine, with options that will provide general wellness, health, and fitness direction. Basically a 15-45 minute program that fits most and follows appropriate principles and has variations for beginners and advanced.

As a trainer, I know/prefer to teach others the "how to" of health & fitness

But, I also know most prefer to simply be lead, told what to do, and skip the thinking... I think the simplicity of this will do a bit of both.

To keep it interesting and within the LBN style I'd like to see it mixed with a couple sexy pics of the primary exercises of the day... So, we have any interested models out there?

Not looking for nude shots. If those come we may set them inside the site behind the sign in page, but I am looking for sexy shots that will pass the porn cops of twitpic and blogger.

Mother's Health Tips

We're into mothers and provide these "Mother's Health Tips" to keep you healthy and strong for your kids. And, because we want to keep you looking good pre and post children.

  1. Eat small meals throughout the day - Keep your metabolism going at a steady pace throughout the day. Shoot for 200-400 calories of nutrition every 2-3 hours rather than larger meals 2-3 times each day. (watch portion sizes carefully)

  2. Have protein with every meal - Protein has a larger thermic effect with your body needing to work a bit harder to digest. Choose the lean sources of protein or a mix of vegetable based protein sources.

  3. Fruits & Veggies should make up the majority of your small meals - Dah... If it has a peel don't worry quite as much, but if you will be eating the skin, strongly consider buying organic.

  4. Take fish oil supplement - There have been shown sooooo many benefits to this Omega 3 supplements that we strongly suggest it along with a basic multi-vitamin. Your brain, joints, skin, heart, and body fat composition will all benefit. 2.5 g/day for wellness and 5 g/day if weight loss is your goal is a great target. (be sure you are taking a quality source supplement)

Mix in a bit of regular exercise and these mother's health tips are just four easy steps to a healthy hot mommy!
