Sexvertising: Works to Show a Little Nude

A recent blog post on the use of sexvertising to enhance sales was written and enjoyed by me.... Lots of pictures made it an easy and worthwhile read.

I'm not sure that anybody really questions the effectiveness of this type of advertising, although I am certain there are many who object to it for other reasons. I am not one of those.

With 67% of the population now being considered overweight within the US, seeing a little sexvertising goes a long ways in bringing out the human beauty which is now so hard to find in real time.

My goal is to find those of you who are interested in looking better. The healthy boost that comes with it will allow you to look better longer. It will allow you to do more and do more for more years. But, talking about it does very little.

You'll have to move your ass beyond the walk to the fridge at least 5 days per week. You'll have to eat sensibly rather than the quantities we are all used to. You might even have to change a few friends who influence in a manner that distracts from meeting your better body goals.

Sexvertising works simply because that's what people like to see and respond to. It really doesn't matter if you are selling magazines or soccer balls. You market yourself with every interaction you have with others.

Adopting the basic elements of sexvertising, a good looking body, and you may find your initial relationship endeavors receiving a marketing boost... sorry, if your personality sucks, I don't have help for you on that.

Better Nutrition for a Better Body

If your goal is to look better in your skin then you have little choice but strive for better nutrition.


I don't care if you workout twice each day and have the worlds "greatest" Hollywood trainer. You will unwind a good fitness program through the crap you throw in your mouth easily.


Approximately 60% of any program's opportunity for success, lies in how you work your nutrition. Not necessarily how you workout the muscle.


You cannot out exercise a bad diet!


There are several valid solutions available that can help you out. Some provide a great deal of hand holding while others let you tackle it on your own after a bit of learning. I'd like to suggest you tak a look at one called Diet Grader. The nutrition solution options are there to get after it how you want with a little or a lot in the way of help.

The Grader tool alone and will teach you while making a difference from day one. If you want trainer assistance or a nutritionist to work with you those are available also.

Bottom line is that if you intend to ever look better nude, you must take a good hard look at the food that you eat. Use the Diet Grader or something like it to track and make good nutrition choices.
