I just realized we are a corporate wellness program. That is we want a healthy worker and one who looks good at work.  While many might think it's a bit off color to have a program offered by Look Better Nude in the work place, there are several locations that we might just be the ideal motivation for your staff.

Partner Yoga - Mix up your flexibility training and yoga practice with a little help from your friend or loved one. This workshop will share how yoga postures and movements become not only a work of art, but an amazing experience when performed with someone close to you. A perfect opportunity to connect, grow and explore a new appreciation for each other.

Bikini Body circa 1991

When searching for motivation to get the ass moving, I have a new suggestion for you.

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to come a cross "Bikini Body" on the free cable movie channel.  This was a 1991 offering of the finest bikinis and bikini bodies available at the time.

That era had many great things going for it, but the neon glow of a high wasted brazilian cut bikini bottom was pretty damn hot... Ok, maybe not that hot compared to some of the sexy stuff today, but hot for the time and still hot when viewing it horny nearly 20 years later.


So is there a significant life changing point to this blog post????

Nope.  Just a bit of random hot body motivation from a few years back.  Shape your body to fit today's style of bikini as intended, and 20 more years from now I look forward to still being motivated by it as well.

A Round Butt is Sexy

I'm sure it's not true for everyone, but for us, we believe a round athletic butt is essential for looking better nude. It only adds to the sexy lines and curves of the body.

A strong round butt also essential for functional power and strength in running, jumping, and squatting.


So how do we and you go about creating some nice backside curves??? While we can't spot reduce away the fat, we can spot build the muscle.


First suggestion is single leg squats.  This is the one where you non supporting leg will hover out in front of you.  You may stay next to a wall or bar for balance.  To maintain balance and to keep your working leg knee from going beyond the working leg toes you'll find you will be dropping your but back further than you might on a standard squat.  This will assist in bringing in more back side muscle which is your target...

Yes, you have to perform sets on both sides, a single butt lump probably wouldn't be so sexy.  Be sure to remind yourself how to do Resistance Training the RIGHT Way.

Second suggestion is the dead lift.  We often do these single leg as well, as the balance challenge provides us several additional benefits but you may also do them with both feet planted.  Keep your knees slightly soft (small bend), especially at the top of your pull. Your back and head will remain neutral while you pull upwards using your hamstrings and bring hips forward at the top will again provide greater recruitment of the gluteus muscles.


Ensure these two simple movements are in your exercise routine 2-3 times each week.  If we are attempting to grow the muscles of your butt perform between 8-12 repetitions each set with 60-90 seconds between each exercise set.

Sculpt your body as best you can and use these two exercises to provide you a round sexy butt.  Your backside kinetic chain will appreciate it.

ACE Says Fitness Trend - Fast & Cheap

American Council on Exercise (ACE) Says Time- and Cost-Conscious Workouts Are Among the Most Popular Fitness Trends in 2010

It is a hectic time of year. Looking forward or back your bound to see a holiday. By necessity you may be keeping your workouts on the quick and cheap.

According to the American Council on Exercise (ACE), you may just be starting the 2010 fitness trend early.

So in the tradition of making your nude self hotter lets see if I can come up with a few tips to keep you going with fast & cheap workouts:

Fast
  • HIIT - high intensity interval training - Not only is this known to be extremely effective in exercise programming, it is also more effective in less time.
  • Circuit - Use a circuit program in conjunction with your hiit program. Mix the cardio low intensity intervals in between some high intensity resistance exercises. You'll effect both your muscular strength/endurance along with cardio benefit with short overall duration.
  • Diet - The greatest factor in meeting your fitness goal (especially weight loss) is what and how much you eat. Control your diet and you will much more quickly meet goals.
  • Small bouts - A few 10 minute bouts are often recommended for sedentary and obese clients as they build up their exercise capacity, but this same tactic can be utilized if you are finding it difficult to block out a full 30-60 minute period for your exercise program.

Cheap
  • We like group play - One on one personal training can be very expensive. Join together with a friend and you will not only reduce costs but also increase the likelihood that you will stick with the program.
  • Do it in your home - Skip the gym membership and purchase just a few pieces of equipment for less than $200 for a full body resistance program.... Hell, use your body weight only and go even cheaper. A professional trainer should be able to give you a full body, body weight only workout, no problem.
  • Do it in the park - Take a look in your community for a fitness camp to join. Less expensive, no gym cost, benefit of working in groups, and a newer fast growing segment of the fitness industry.
  • Go online - All fitness programs need to at least be tweaked every 4-6 weeks if fitness gains are to continue to be realized. With online training/coaching you can save the expense of meeting with a trainer on a regular basis and yet enjoy the benefit of professional adjustment and support for your exercise program.
